Hi, about 8 years ago we had a 30 foot long fiberglass pool installed by another company. After the very first winter, it had heaved out of the ground in a few places due to an incredibly poor installation by the first company. We contacted the manufacturer in Florida, and they reccomended Pristine Pools. Mark came out for a consultation, and was confident of his companies ability to fix this major problem. We also had another pool company come out for a second opinion, but my wife and I felt more comfortable with Marks comments, and plan. Mark to remove the pool by crane in order to make the holw level again, and also install water management (weeping tile, and sump pump), as this was not done by the original company, and was the root cause of the heaving pool. Turns out the original company was a numbered one, and the individual who was responsible closed their business, and was able to get away and not take any responsibility. It's been 7 years since Mark, and Pristine Pools saved the day, and the pool hasn't moved an inch. We will only allow Mark, and Pristine to open and close our pool. Thank you.

From our initial conversation i knew that Mark and Crystal had a very thorough approach to each project. Our quotes were very detailed and well explained. During the planning stages our communication was extremely easy, they were able to accommodate all our needs and answer all questions.
The construction team, led by Mark are really great. All nice guys that i was happy to have on my property. They worked hard, coming in on time everyday and staying late to keep on schedule. They started the pool ahead of scheduled and finished in a timely fashion. The pool was finished with the highest quality and craftmanship and looks absolutely stunning!
